My name is Thomas Martin. Jason Adams and I have been helping families since 2006. At no cost upfront to the family, we will manage the estate from start to finish, updating you every step of the way so you’re not forced to participate in the process. The company would only receive payment upon the sale/closing of the property as a percentage, and you would never be out of pocket at any point in the process.
ASSET AND MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:
- LOCATE ASSETS: Identify, protect, preserve, and Recover Estate Assets;
- ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR ALL EXPENSES: Advance payment for all expenses associated with Estate administration, including but not limited to probate court costs, discovery of assets, genealogy reports, appraisals, preserving and protecting assets, fact-finding reports, and financial reports;
- GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH: genealogical research agents to authenticate Heir’s status as an heir at law of the decedent;
- OBTAIN NECESSARY DOCUMENTS: Identify local, state, federal, and/or foreign agencies and/or entities.
- RETAIN LEGAL SERVICES: We locate licensed attorneys for representation in Estate administration.
- ASSET SEARCH: Retain forensic asset professionals search the decedent to identify Estate assets from institutions, including but not limited to bank accounts, trust accounts, unclaimed property, life insurance, investment accounts, stocks, bonds, corporations, and real property;
- SUPERVISION: Supervise the Estate administration process to facilitate accurate and timely acquisition of recovered assets and distribution of recovered Estate assets;
- PROTECT: and defend Estate assets from forfeiture to the fullest extent permitted by law;
- REPRESENTATION: Represent the Heir in negotiations on debt settlement. judgments, fines, liens, and creditor claims against the Estate;
- SUPERVISE AND MANAGE: the sale and liquidation of all Estate assets, including but not limited to real property, investment accounts, and personal property;;
- STATUS UPDATES: Make itself, through its designated representative(s), available at reasonable times to report and confer with all heirs associated with the Estate, with respect to the foregoing services.
