Florida Code Violation Search and Refinance
Refinance Lis Pendens – Refinance Claim of lien – Refinance To Pay Tax Lien– Refinance Code Violations
- ABOUT CASHOUT REFINANCING –A cash-out refinance is a mortgage financing option that lets you take out a new mortgage, convert home equity into cash to pay off any Florida code violations, Tax liens, Judgments, Lis Pendens, and other debts, to spend the cash as you choose. With a cash-out refinance, you get a new mortgage for more than you currently owe on your house. The difference between that new mortgage amount and the balance on your previous mortgage and all payoffs goes to you at closing in cash. You can use the cashout from the refinance to repay liens, claims, judgments, collections, etc.

- REFINANCE TO PAY FLORIDA CODE VIOLATIONS
- Florida Citations will have the code section that was violated and will state the time allowance for compliance. The length of time to comply generally depends on the nature of the violation and the measures necessary to make corrective actions. If you do not understand the nature of the breach or if you need additional time to comply, contact the Hollywood FL officer who issued the notice. The objective is compliance; reasonable requests for extensions are generally granted. You may also receive a letter regarding the violation; however, not all violations require a follow-up letter. Failure to comply may result in the case being referred to a Hollywood FL contractor for correction with assessment of the appropriate fee. Garbage and commingled violations are corrected by the Public Works Department with a penalty fee assessed. Additionally, cases may be scheduled for adjudication by the Special Magistrate. The Magistrate can assess a fine for continued noncompliance. An unpaid fine generally results in a lien on the Hollywood FL property. Work performed by City contractors to correct violations which are unpaid becomes a property tax lien that has to be paid in order to transfer the sale of the property.
- 1.Who is the Code Compliance Officer for my Hollywood FL neighborhood?

- 2.How Are Hollywood FL Code Compliance Services Provided?
