One of the nicest boss, he is so helpful and provides great guidance. You have to get past hearing lots of “No” from Realtors from large chain brokerages to work here. The company provides the loan origination system for you for free. Plethora (120+) of lenders to chose from. Some companies charge you for LO origination systems, Thomas Martin explains everything in detail in the daily zoom calls.

This is the best firm to work for because each day there is training and direction to move forward in your role. I’ve learned a lot about compliance and regulations pertaining to the essential job functions. Management is the best at updating associates and insuring that adherence to applicable guidelines. This really optimizes the culture to the point where everyone feels comfortable and the environment stays positive. By the end of the week, the hard aspect is that there aren’t more days. The work is so productive and rewarding that you can enjoy working every day of the week.

Glad I chose US mortgage lenders the president of the company hosts zoom trainings every weekday morning. He also sends out extremely helpful videos and tutorials for new MLOs just getting started and for seasoned MLOs who need refreshers. There’s no pressure or quotas. But you’re not just a number either. You can reach out with questions and the ceo/president of the company will respond will helpful info. Very responsive and helpful.
