Description:
Coast 2 Coast Mortgage is hiring remote, Florida NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originators with a track record of honesty and integrity. We are a highly established mortgage company hiring self-sufficient mortgage loan originators to market our unique loan programs and specialized services, offering the highest commission splits. We respect our loan originators’ independence and encourage them to work remotely while providing access to our 100+ lender systems and processes, as well as daily Zoom meetings. We provide daily loan officer training and pay the highest commissions in the industry.
Job Highlights:
- Highest Compensation structure in the industry, 1099 Paid weekly on Friday.
- 200+ Wholesale Lenders, FHA, VA, Conv, NON-QM, Niche Lenders providing specialty loan options.
- Daily Zoom Network and support calls.
- Los = Arive = $80 per month, you are responsible for LOS fees.
- Work From Home or Office remotely and Process, submit, and close your loans, or one of our 40+ NMLS licensed processors.
- Full control of your files, call underwriter account reps directly.

Requirements:
- Must be able to close a minimum of 8-12 per year.
- Must be licensed NMLS MLO.
- Must be able to work from home without being micro-managed.
