We are hiring remote mortgage loan originators in Orlando, Florida, with a proven track record of honesty and integrity. We are seeking remote 1099 mortgage loan originators to promote our unique mortgage loan programs and specialized services. We respect our loan originators’ independence and encourage them to work from home, while providing them with access to our systems and processes and daily Zoom support. We pay the highest commissions and provide all the specialty mortgage programs.
REMOTE JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Highest 1099 payout with up to 275-400 bips Mortgage Loan Originator paid on Friday.
- We hire and train new mortgage loan originators by way of Zoom daily screen share training, M-F.
- 100+ Wholesale Lenders, FHA, VA, Conventional, NON-QM, and Niche Lenders providing specialty loan options.
- LOS – Arrive.
- Work remotely from home and process your own or hire a contract Florida mortgage processor.
- Full control of your files, call the underwriter and account reps directly for support.
- Use Advantage Credit and or rescore your borrower’s credit after using Wayfinder to analyze the score.

Mortgage Loan Originator Requirements:
- Must be an NMLS-licensed Florida Mortgage loan originator.
- Must be able to work from home without being micro-managed.

Job Requirments
- Must be a licensed (MLO) Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS.

Job Onboarding:
- Sign the agreement, Transfer the license, get logins, and start submitting.
- Process your loans while you transition.
- Onboarding includes a description of lender programs and lender recommendations.
- One on one Account rep support and training to learn new systems.
- Weekly Company and lender-provided training webinars to learn new systems and processes.
